Breakfast:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 piece toast
  • half banana

Lunch:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese or just a piece of cheddar cheese
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 5 crackers

Dinner:

  • 2 hot dogs
  • 1 broccoli
  • a half cup of carrots
  • half banana
  • Cup of ice cream ( it is better if it is vanilla ice cream too )

#Day 3

Breakfast:

  • 5 soda crackers
  • 1 piece cheddar cheese
  • 1 apple

Lunch:

  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 piece toast

Dinner:

  • 1 cup tuna
  • half banana too
  • 1 cup ice cream ( also it is better if it is vanilla ice cream)

After the third day of the diet, as a result, you will lose 10 pounds. Also, after the third day, you can eat your usual meal but, do not go too far. Then, go back on the 3-day military diet.
